For anyone who’s endured the chaos of a house move — endless phone calls, email black holes, and being left in the dark — the idea of an exceptional estate agent can feel like a myth.
But Harper Williams is the exception. Led by Leanne, the team brings people-first passion to every single move, setting a higher standard not just for the property market, but for themselves.
After eight years of growing the business through genuine care and high-quality service, the brand had begun to fall behind. It no longer reflected the experience they delivered — warm, personal, and professional to the core.
Over time, their brand had become cluttered with piecemeal assets: flyers, sales boards, property videos, social posts, a website — each well-intentioned, but lacking cohesion. The result? A diluted identity with no clear emotional hook for homeowners to connect with.

We began by digging deep — auditing the brand, exploring competitor landscapes, and understanding what truly sets Harper Williams apart. The goal was clear: refine, not reinvent. Keep the heart, but raise the standard.
From this groundwork, a single, focused concept emerged — one that felt inevitable because of the collaborative journey we’d been on. We retained their recognisable marque, but gave it a mature, modern lift — moving away from a childlike aesthetic to one that matched their professional but personable service.
We also challenged the original strapline. People. Passion. Property had the right sentiment, but functioned better as a headline than a guiding idea. So we reframed the brand around something that felt more personal, more powerful — and more Leanne.
Brand Concept
“Where Moving Means More” became our north star. A simple yet emotional promise that guided not just the written voice, but every visual detail of the new identity.
We kept Harper Williams’ core colours — the familiar blue and yellow — but expanded the palette into soft pastels, each chosen to reflect people, passion, and property. Alongside this, we introduced more refined typefaces that brought a sense of elevated warmth –sophisticated, yet approachable.
To further set Harper Williams apart, we developed a suite of bespoke illustrations. Moving home doesn’t have to feel like an outdated, stressful ordeal, and these visuals helped us express just how enjoyable the experience could be with the right team by your side.

We also spent two days capturing real-life moments from real clients — telling stories of moving home through photography that felt honest, warm, and deeply human. Ben Spriggs and Ben Lewis brought the emotion, energy, and heart of the brand to life, showing not just houses, but the people and experiences behind them.
Brand Rollout
With the refreshed identity in place, the rollout was a joy. We began with a completely reimagined digital presence. A new website that made it easier for sellers to navigate the process, while communicating what Harper Williams stands for.
From there, we delivered advertising, social templates, print materials, and strategic marketing ideas to ensure consistency across every touchpoint.
